Degree Application Form Submission for 11th Convocation

11th Convocation of BRAC University is likely to be held on December 2016. Students who are expected to complete the graduation requirement by Summer semester 2016 are requested to submit the Degree Application Form to the Registrar’s Office (Building #6, Level 4) by 30th June 2016 for further processing of degree and attending the 11th Convocation.

You are required to do the following:
1. Collect the form from the DCO of the respective department.
2. Fill up the form
3. Get clearance from the Library
4. Get the accounts clearance from Accounts and Finance department by paying Degree Processing Fee of Tk. 10,000 and any other dues (as applicable) to the bank.

Students are also required to submit the following documents:

For Undergraduate Programs

(a) Two attested Copies of Recent Passport Size coloured Photographs

(b) Attested copies of certificates of SSC & HSC / O & A Level/equivalent (as the case may be)

For Postgraduate Programs

(a) Two attested Copies of Recent Passport Size coloured Photographs

(b) Attested copies of certificates of SSC & HSC/ O & A Level/ equivalent, Bachelors/Masters Degree and course waver record (as applicable)
